LPDDR6 widens the channel from 16 bits to 24. At 14,400 MT/s that works out to 43.2 GB/s of theoretical bandwidth per channel — 2.5 times the 17.07 GB/s of LPDDR5X at its 8,533 MT/s JEDEC ceiling.
